Sometimes I feel like it’s a bit unfair that we have to fight for something that basically all generations of humans before us could take for granted – our attention.

I know that we get access to infinite amounts of information instead, something that they couldn’t even imagine, but how much is it worth, if we are too overwhelmed to use it?
